Refund policy

M3 Distribution specializes in wholesale fashion distribution for boutiques, retailers, and fashion showrooms across Europe and selected international markets.

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, retailers must notify M3 Distribution within 5 days of receiving the goods and provide supporting information or images when requested.

Approved returns or exchanges may be accepted at the discretion of M3 Distribution. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and returned according to the instructions provided by our team.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carriers, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Delays in transit do not automatically qualify for refunds or order cancellations.
